
CEO
Since its beginning in 1985, Nancy has been involved in building Quadriga Ventures’ dynamic group of vertically integrated real estate focused development and investment companies. Nancy currently is responsible for building the Quadriga Ventures brand through strong relationships within her personal and industry sphere of influence, ensuring ongoing long-term vitality and overall portfolio equity growth.
In concert with the company’s CFO/COO, she also approves investment and strategic management plans, identifies and advises on acquisition, development and disposition opportunities, and assists sales and marketing partners to secure consistent revenue streams.
Nancy has held a Minnesota real estate broker’s license since starting her career as a real estate agent with Merrill Lynch, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lawrence University.
Nancy and her husband, Jeff, have been married and working together in the real estate industry in the Twin Cities for 35+ years. They enjoy spending time with their adult children, Annie and her husband Eric, and their son Jon. They are looking forward to celebrating the arrival of their first grandchild in a few months. They enjoy boating, outdoor activities, and house projects, and are active members of several organizations.

VP DEVELOPMENT
As Vice President of Development, Steven focuses on all aspects of land entitlements in
the areas of residential and commercial development, land use, redevelopment,
comprehensive plans, zoning ordinance, and condemnation work. He specializes in
identifying risks and strategies for mitigation when purchasing and developing unentitled
land. Clients value Steven’s consulting and city experience, along with his insight, artistic
vision, innovation, and his expertise in managing projects from approvals to construction.
Prior to joining the Quadriga Ventures team, Steven worked as Entitlements & Land Development Manager for Forestar Group, based in Lakeville, Minnesota. He added value through his expertise in government and regulatory authorities, ensuring a streamlined approval process of their infill projects including residential subdivisions, commercial redevelopment, and lease negotiations. Steven also worked at Westwood Professional Services as a Planner focusing on designs for large-scale residential, mixed-use/commercial projects, and condemnations. He enjoys working with city staff, their respective communities, and utilizing good planning practice in his vision for future
development.
In his spare time, Steven enjoys spending time outside with family and friends, downhill skiing
skiing, riding 100-mile centuries, pickleball, and playing pickup hockey games out on the local pond.

GENERAL COUNSEL
As a licensed attorney in Minnesota and North Dakota, Steve represents and advises on a range of legal, business, and real estate matters for Quadriga. Steve has been practicing law for over 29 years. In his private practice, Steve primarily represents and advises business and real estate clients on transactional matters such as property or business acquisitions, business start-ups, business contracts, and shareholder/member transactions. He also handles his clients’ estate planning needs. Steve has substantial experience regarding business shareholder member disputes. He has a reputation as a business-minded, practical, no-nonsense lawyer representing clients ranging from entrepreneurs to fortune 500 companies. He has a strong record of success over the course of his career in numerous federal and state trials, arbitrations and administrative proceedings.
Steve's background includes a decade as the owner and operator of Number 12 Cider
in Minneapolis, one of the original cider producers in Minnesota. Beyond his law business, he has also held numerous leadership roles in the Rotary Organization, including Board Member and Treasurer. His civic involvement extends to serving
on the boards for the St. Paul/Nagasaki Sister City Organization and as President of the Bloomington Sister City Organization (Izumi, Japan).
Steve's personal interests and experiences are diverse. He lived in Tokyo, Japan for two years, where he became proficient in conversational Japanese, and he holds a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He is an avid reader and enjoys a variety of leisure activities, including fishing, downhill skiing, home cooking, bread baking, and playing pool. His late father, Edward, was also a notable figure in the Twin Cities as a trial lawyer and real estate investor.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Danielle joined Quadriga Ventures in March 2025 as Senior Accountant, where she is instrumental in the organization’s financial operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. She plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting and ensuring timely, reliable insights that support strategic decision-making.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Danielle brings experience across multiple industries, including real estate, with an emphasis on corporate accounting, audit readiness, and financial systems optimization.
She is passionate about building efficient processes that improve reporting accuracy and operational performance.
Originally from sunny Los Angeles, Danielle now lives in Minneapolis with her boyfriend Zac, VP of Sales for a youth sports fundraising company. Outside of work, she enjoys movies, music, and planning her next getaway, especially if it involves a cruise ship.

STRATEGIC ADVISOR
In February 1987, Jeff embarked on an entrepreneurial career with land development, residential construction, and office/warehouse investment at the center, but also encompassed true entrepreneurial endeavors in automobile dealerships, finance companies, real estate brokerage, and hotels. Jeff and his wife Nancy built a legacy rooted in their shared passion for quality real estate.
Jeff has a proven track record of success over his 37-year career earning recognition as an award-winning developer and builder. His expertise spans the spectrum of real estate encompassing development, building, financing, and brokerage across single-family homes, luxury multi-family housing (for sale and for rent), land development (residential and commercial), and industrial office warehouse office investments.
After formally retiring in August 2024, Jeff has taken on the role of Advisor to Quadriga Ventures, contributing his extensive experience and network in an advisory capacity to help shape the company’s future.
Jeff has served as the volunteer president and chairman of the Builders Association of Minnesota, president of Minnesota Housing First, and is an active member of the University of St. Thomas real estate advisory board. He resides in Florida and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and building lamps in his workshop. He is also proud to soon be called "Grandpa"!
DIRECTOR OF SALES, MARKETING & REVENUE
Jessica’s focus is on leading the strategic
growth initiatives for the company’s real estate and property management portfolio. Her role integrates sales leadership, marketing strategy, and revenue optimization to maximize
profitability and brand presence across all assets. Jessica leads the sales efforts to drive occupancy and leasing performance for residential and mixed-use properties.
She also oversees branding, digital campaigns, and event marketing to position Quadriga Ventures. She implements social media and targeted advertising, as well as analyzes market trends and competitive pricing, to optimize rental rates and sales pricing.
Jessica works to increase partnership development by building strategic alliances with property management firms, technology providers, and service vendors. Her role ensures maximum asset performance, brand visibility, and long-term profitability by aligning sales, marketing, and revenue strategies with market demand and organizational goals.
